Delete Your Data & Account
Per the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and GDPR, you can request deletion of all your personal data held by Kalkan Info at any time. Choose the method that works best for you below.
Method 1 — Email
Send a deletion request
Send an email from your registered address to the address below. We will process the deletion within 7 days at the latest.

Method 2 — WhatsApp
Contact us directly
WhatsApp Concierge team, identify yourself with your registered phone/email, and we will process your request within 3 business days.

- ✓Profile information (name, email, phone)
- ✓Account credentials and authentication tokens
- ✓Saved candidate profile data (job board)
- ✓Newsletter subscriptions
- ✓Submitted business listing applications (if not yet published)
- ✓Job applications submitted via the platform
Important notes
- !Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. The process is irreversible.
- !If you submit a published business or job listing, it may remain online while we anonymise it — please specify if you want full takedown.
- !Legal records (KVKK consent log, fraud prevention logs) may be kept for up to 10 years per Turkish law.
